Building stronger and more resilient communities

ERIMIS’s family therapy has practical applications such as facilitating better understanding and communication at the society level, ensuring an integrating perspective of individuals, couples and families into the hosting country, helping members navigate the cultural and social aspects of their new life. Our work is aimed at building stronger, more resilient families that can thrive in their host country. ERIMIS interventions support individuals and families in navigating the cultural and social aspects of their new life in a way that promotes integration and well-being.

Research and policy advocacy

At ERIMIS we integrate systemic therapy work within broader research on migration and healthcare integration policies. By connecting practical therapeutic insights with metanarrative and policy advocacy, we aim to influence how migrant families are supported at a systemic level, promoting more effective and inclusive policies that address the real needs of these communities

Educational engagement and international expertise

Educational and collaborative Initiatives: ERIMIS actively engages in conferences and collaborations with other institutions and professionals to promote innovative thinking and share best practices in healthcare policies and practices, migration studies and policy implementation
