Couples Therapy (C.T)
Couples Therapy focuses on the pattern of interactions between partners and the optimization of their relational growth, while allowing for the individual histories and contributions of each member.
What makes a good couple therapist is his capacity to steadily 1. create a bounding with each partner; 2. to work with couple as a unit and 3. to be a “translator” for the couple, towards the goal of re-creation of new and healthy bonding.
Family System Therapy (FST)
Family System Therapy is a form of psychotherapy, at a more complex level than individual and couple therapy and it seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members or between the individuals who share the same eco-subsystem .
TA Organizational Coaching (TAO)
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a comprehensive approach to understanding human behavior, patterns of interactions and communication, from individuals to organizations and institutional hierarchies. It can be used also as a therapeutic method where social interactions (transactions) are analyzed to understand the communication dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
