16. Insurance Policy and Reimbursement

16.1. Health Insurance Contracts
16.1.1. ERIMIS Family Therapy and Systemic Practice  is a private and independent practice.
16.1.2. To prioritize confidentiality and independence, ERIMIS Family Therapy and Systemic Practice does not have contracts with healthcare insurance companies.

16.2. Client Responsibility for Payments
16.2.1. Clients are responsible for covering the costs of all sessions.
16.2.2. Payments must be made directly to ERIMIS Family Therapy and Systemic Practice  bank account
16.2.3. Invoices will be issued at the end of each month
16.2.4. Payments should be completed within 14 days of receiving the invoice (see fees & payment policy- clausa 14.1-14-6)

16.3. Potential Reimbursement for International Insurance
16.3.1. Clients with international health insurance may be eligible for reimbursement.
16.3.2. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider regarding coverage and potential reimbursement of therapy costs.

16.4. Tax Deduction for Business Owners
16.4.1.For business owners, the cost of therapy sessions may be deductible as a business expense. For further guidance, clients are encouraged to consult their tax advisor.
